Browser agent for job applications across the web

Stop starting every job application from scratch.

Save your profile, résumé, and screening answers once. Propel uses them to fill applications, attach materials, and work through longer flows across job boards and employer career sites—then brings you in before anything is submitted.

Free · Mac & Windows · Chrome · Review before submission

Propel uses one saved application kit across supported job-board and employer career-site forms. This animation shows a job-board application completed and ready for the user's review.

Why download it

The application changes. Your information doesn't.

Without an agent, every new form turns the same facts into fresh busywork. Propel carries your application context forward so you can spend time deciding where to apply—not rebuilding the same application.

Every time, by hand

Start over on another form

  • Retype your contact details and work history
  • Find and upload the same résumé again
  • Re-answer familiar screening questions
  • Click through every page of a longer form
  • Rebuild the application in your own tracker
With Propel

Pick up with your context ready

  • Starts from your saved application profile
  • Attaches your résumé and requested materials
  • Reuses saved answers when the question matches
  • Keeps moving through supported application steps
  • Brings the completed flow back for your review
  • Maintains a record of the application
What it handles

Take the repeat work off your plate.

Fills your saved profile

Propel maps your contact details, work history, links, and other saved information into the application in front of you.

Attaches your materials

It uploads your saved résumé and can handle requested application materials instead of making you browse for the same files again.

Reuses screening answers

When a familiar question returns, Propel can use the answer you already saved rather than asking you to rewrite it.

Works through longer forms

The agent can move through supported multi-page flows, not just stop after filling the first screen.

Keeps an application record

See what you applied to, when, and where without rebuilding a separate tracking spreadsheet.

Stops when you need control

Review before submission, answer a question Propel cannot know, or take over for a verification step or unfamiliar control.

Your application kit, carried forward

One profile. One résumé. Saved answers. Propel carries them into the next application so you don't rebuild everything from zero.

Where it works

Across job boards and employer career sites.

Propel works against the live application in Chrome instead of being locked to one fixed apply flow. That gives one agent room to handle supported board applications, ATS-hosted forms, and employer career pages.

Job-board applications

More than an Easy Apply tool

Propel can work through supported application flows on job boards. LinkedIn Easy Apply is one example—not the limit of the product.

Employer & ATS forms

Follows the application off the listing

When a role opens an ATS-hosted or employer career-site form, Propel can read the live application, fill mapped fields, attach materials, and move through supported steps.

Visible in Chrome

Never a black box

The application stays in your browser. You can watch the agent work, review what it filled, and step in before anything is submitted.

Coverage follows the application, not just the listing. Forms vary. A required answer you have not provided, email or login verification, 2FA or CAPTCHA, or an unsupported control can pause the run and hand the page back to you. Propel does not promise that every form on every site will complete automatically.

Read the cross-site job application agent guide for a deeper explanation of how coverage and handoffs work.

How it works

From blank form to ready for review.

01

Install Propel and its Chrome bridge

The desktop app runs the agent and stores your application kit. The lightweight extension lets it work in the application tab you already have open.

02

Save your application kit once

Add your profile, work history, résumé, links, and preferred screening answers so the next form starts with useful context.

03

Open a role you want

Start from a job board or employer career site. Propel reads the live form, fills what it can support, attaches materials, and works through longer flows.

04

Review, step in if needed, and submit

Check the completed application in your browser. Propel pauses when a required answer, verification check, or unfamiliar control needs you.

Questions before you download.

What does Propel take off my plate?

Propel handles the repeat application work: filling from your saved profile and work history, attaching your résumé and requested materials, reusing saved screening answers when they match, moving through supported multi-step forms, and keeping an application record. You choose the role and review before anything is submitted.

Which job sites and forms can Propel handle?

Propel is built for browser-based applications across job boards, ATS-hosted forms, and employer career sites. Coverage follows the live application rather than only the listing's site name. Forms change, so Propel does not promise every form on every website will complete automatically.

Does Propel work with jobs found on Indeed?

Indeed is available as a job source, but Propel does not currently promise completion of every Indeed application. Some listings use an Indeed-hosted flow; others open an employer or ATS form. Propel follows the application that opens when it supports the form, and hands control back if it reaches a flow or verification step it cannot complete reliably.

Does Propel only work with LinkedIn Easy Apply?

No. LinkedIn Easy Apply is one application flow Propel can handle, not the product's boundary. The same browser agent is built to work through supported multi-step applications on other job boards, ATS-hosted forms, and employer career sites.

Do I stay in control of what gets submitted?

Yes. Propel keeps the application visible in your browser so you can check the role, résumé, fields, and answers before submission. You can step in whenever a page needs your judgment.

What happens when Propel cannot complete a step?

Propel pauses or hands the page back to you instead of guessing. A required answer you have not provided, email or login verification, 2FA or CAPTCHA, or an unsupported form control may need your input before the application can continue.

Does Propel remember my answers?

Yes. Propel can save an answer to a screening question and reuse it when the same question appears in a later application. You can review the answer before it is submitted.

Why do I need both a desktop app and a Chrome extension?

The extension acts inside the browser tab where the application form actually lives, while the desktop app runs the apply engine and holds your profile and résumé. Together they complete applications for you in your own browser.

Is Propel free?

Yes — the desktop app and the Propel Bridge Chrome extension are free to download and use.

How much time does it save?

Time saved depends on the application. Propel removes the repeated typing, uploads, familiar questions, page navigation, and record keeping that add up across a job search, with the biggest benefit on longer, multi-step forms.

Is Propel affiliated with LinkedIn?

No. Propel is an independent product and is not affiliated with or endorsed by LinkedIn or any other job site.

Is the desktop app signed?

Yes. The Mac app is signed and notarized with an Apple Developer ID. The Windows installer is published too; it may still show Microsoft SmartScreen while the new installer builds reputation.

Will Propel update itself?

Yes. The packaged desktop app checks the public release feed on launch, downloads newer builds in the background, and shows a Restart to update banner when the update is ready.

Your next application shouldn't start from scratch.

Download Propel free, save your application kit once, and let one browser agent take the repetitive work through supported job-board and employer-site forms.

Start with the desktop app, then add Propel Bridge for Chrome. Mac is signed and notarized. Windows 10/11 may show SmartScreen while the installer builds reputation.
